Dr. Lindner is a specialist in healthy aging and primary care geriatrics with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of care settings, including hospital-based acute care, rehab care & complex care, community-based primary care with a focus on women's health in midlife and beyond, retirement home care, long term care and palliative care. She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and is a certified health and life coach. Her passion is in helping people of all ages to age well and to thrive.
She is also the only child of two aging parents living with cognitive impairment and cancer diagnoses while juggling the additional demands of a young family and busy career.
Dr Lindner has seen the system from all sides and knows how important it is to have the right resources, guidance and support in place in order for older adults and the people who support them to thrive.

For organizations, our unique approach to providing care allows your team to be part of the assessment process and can often avoid unnecessary visits to hospital and off-site clinics; improving the patient care experience and minimizing the risks and stress of transfer from one environment to another.
If our providers identify that an in-person assessment is required to address a health concern, they will direct you to the appropriate resource.
Our providers also refer to other professionals within our network if there is an identified need, providing reassurance that we will help you access comprehensive care.
We believe that primary care providers are a critical part of the care team and when possible we communicate our findings and recommendations to ensure continuity of care.
